Why I Believe in Healing and Deliverance


  1. Personal Testimony of healing and deliverance (self & others)


  1. Sickness and Disease came into the world through sin (Rom. 5:12). When Jesus went to the cross to destroy sin’s power over humanity; by conquering sin, Jesus also conquered the all the “works” of sin.

  • Sickness

  • Disease

  • Emotional Damage

  • Soul Ties

  • Abuse/Trauma

  • Soul/Spirit Hurts

  • Mental Illness

  • Addictions

  • Demonic Attacks

  • Generational iniquity

  • All forms of Curses

  • … and many more!


  1. God’s Name Is HEALER (Jehovah-Rapha)

  • Exodus 15:26 NKJV  “….For I am the LORD who heals you.”

  • God’s name describes His nature and His nature is eternal (never changes). Since God cannot change His nature, He cannot change His desire to Heal. He always desires to heal anyone suffering from oppression. Always!

  1. God, The Father communicates His perfect will and desire for our wholeness and peace through Jesus Christ.

  • Hebrews 1:1-3 NKJV   “God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets,[O.T.] [2] has in these last days spoken to us by His Son….[N.T.][3] who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person…..”


  • Acts 10:38 NKJV  “how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.”


  • Matthew 9:35 NKJV   Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.


Healing, Deliverance, Miracles  for All People , at All times

*** How can anyone, at any time call on Jesus Christ to save, heal and deliver them from whatever they are going through?

Hebrews 13:8 NKJV   Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

If God healed in the Old Testament, He has also chose to heal today and every single day until His return.


What is the scope of healing/ deliverance/ miracles?

Luke 6:19 KJV   “And the whole multitude sought to touch him: for there went virtue out of him, and healed them all.”

Matthew 14:36 KJV   “And the multitude besought him that they might only touch the hem of his garment: and as many as touched were made perfectly whole.”
